bulletTooling Service

       We can generate your artwork for etching from Gerber data, AutoCad dxf or dwg files, or dimension drawings.

 

bulletMaterial and Thickness

      Stainless steel, copper, brass, nickel and various others on request in thickness from .001" to .050" depending upon feature size and tolerance. Panel sizes up to  28x36 can be accommodated.

       

bulletPlating

      We do plating in house to better serve our customers. We plate electrolytic nickel, electrolysis nickel, and gold.

    

bulletInspection

 We have complete projection measuring system for X, Y, and Z measuring of final etch parts and for source inspection. We can even provide color prints!

bulletLaser Cutter

     We also have laser cutting capabilities for high tolerance parts. Our beam can be as small as .0015.
